Schuylkill Township will be making emergency repairs to a portion of Township Line Road starting Monday, August 12, 2019. Lane restrictions will be in place between Rt. 23 and Chrisevyn Lane Monday August 12 and Tuesday August 13 with one lane open to traffic. Flaggers will be in place. Work hours for this phase of the repair project will be 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Township Line Road will be closed to traffic between Rt. 23 and Chrisevyn Lane starting on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 for the duration of the repairs to the roadway. Northbound access from Rt. 113 will be maintained up to Chrisevyn Lane. Southbound traffic from Rt. 23 will be detoured to Rt. 113. Access will be provided for emergency, mail and trash services. Residents will have access to their properties.
Repairs are expected to be completed by August 30, 2019. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through this work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
