THE SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to conduct a hearing on the application listed below. Due to the risks in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, the hearing will be conducted virtually using the GoToWebinar meeting conference software.            THE APPLICATION OF FRANCIS WELDELE, APPLICATION #2020-03. The property is UPI No. 27-5D-6, also known as 1316 Natalie Road. The property is owned by Francis and Cynthia Weldele, is located in the R-2 Medium-Density Residential District of the Township, and is approximately 0.22 acres in area. The Applicant seeks a variance from §370-132.E(3) (Accessory use structure) of the Schuylkill Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached two-story garage which will exceed 150 square feet and encroach approximately 10 feet into the required 15 feet minimum side yard and 9 feet into the required 40 feet minimum rear yard; and such further relief as may be necessary.
