NOTICE OF PUBLIC HYBRID HEARING OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE

(LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS REPORT)

The Impact Fee Advisory Committee of Schuylkill Township, Chester County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 22, 2021 at approximately 7:00 p.m. EDT as an in-person meeting at the Township Hall , 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460 AND also remotely via ZOOM.   The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comment concerning the proposed Land Use Assumptions Report for the implementation of impact fees or transportation improvements.   The public is invited to attend and to offer comments.

Residents who wish to attend virtually will have the option to attend via a meeting link to access both live audio and video.  Residents are invited to submit any questions or comments in advance of the meeting by emailing them to admin@schuylkilltwp.org before 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the hearing.

The proposed Land Use Assumptions Report is available for public inspection via the link below or in the Township office and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof from the Township Secretary, Madeline Harbison, at the municipal building.
