The Chester County Flood Recovery Guide is published by the Chester County Health Department and includes physical safety, general health, food safety, water safety, and various key points of information related to cleanup and recovery after an incident. The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and Chester County Department of Emergency Services have developed a survey tool for residents to self-report damages to their homes and businesses.
