THE SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 13, 2021, at the Schuylkill Township Building, 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania 19460 [MAP IT], to hear the following:

THE APPLICATION OF JAMES AND KARI REILLY, APPLICATION #2021-09.  The property is UPI No. 27-6-1157, also known as 607 Patriot Lane.  The property is located in the APO-2 Apartment/Professional Office District of the Township, is approximately 0.46 acres in area, and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and storage shed.  The Applicants seek a variance from §370-26 (Lot size, height, area and bulk regulations) of the Schuylkill Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the installation of a swimming pool and associated decking which will increase the impervious coverage on the subject property to 32.7% where 30% is the maximum permitted impervious coverage; and such further relief as may be necessary.

The Board may consider other such matters as may property come before it.

All persons desiring to the heard may attend and be heard.  At this time, ALL meeting attendees will be required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status. This includes members of the public, commission members, and Township personnel.
