NOTICE

            THE SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD will meet at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2022, at the Schuylkill Township Building, 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, to hear the following:

THE APPLICATION OF JOHN AND NANCY MARSH, APPLICATION #2022-04. The property is UPI No. 27-5B-9, also known as 1215 Charlestown Road. The property is located in the R-2 Medium-Density Residential District of the Township, is approximately 0.3524 acres in area, and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling and three (3) detached accessory structures. All existing structures on the property are nonconforming to the required yard setbacks. The Applicants seek a variance from §370-26 (Lot size, height, area and bulk regulations) of the Schuylkill Township Zoning Ordinance to permit the construction of a detached two car garage which will encroach approximately 29 feet into the required 40 feet rear yard setback; and a variance from §370-132.E(3) (Accessory use structure) to permit an accessory structure which exceeds 150 square feet to be constructed within the required 40 feet rear yard setback; and such further relief as may be necessary.

THE APPLICATION OF HADI AND CANDICE GHAZZOULI, APPLICATION #2022-05. The property is UPI No. 27-6-69.1N, also known as 124 Anderson Farm Road. The property is located in the FR Rural Density Residential District of the Township, is approximately 2.72 acres in area, and is improved with a single-family detached dwelling, swimming pool and storage shed. The Applicants seek a variance from §370-132.E(3) (Accessory use structure) to permit an accessory structure which exceeds 150 square feet to be constructed within the required 100 feet rear yard setback; and such further relief as may be necessary.

The Board may consider other such matters as may properly come before it.
