SCHUYLKILL TOWNSHIP, CHESTER COUNTY

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE IMPACT FEE ADVISORY COMMITTEE

(LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS REPORT)

Please take notice that the Impact Fee Advisory Committee of Schuylkill Township, Chester County shall hold a public hearing in accordance with the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code Act of 1968, P.L. 805, No. 247, as amended (53 P.A. 10101 est. seq.)  The purpose of the hearing shall be to gather public comment concerning the proposed Land Use Assumptions Report for the implementation of impact fees or transportation improvements.  The hearing will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at approximately 7:00 p.m. EDT in-person at the Township Building, 111 Valley Park Road, Phoenixville, PA 19460. The meeting will also be available remotely via ZOOM. Information on how to attend virtually will be available on the Schuylkill Township website, www.schuylkilltwp.org, in advance of the meeting.  You may also contact the Township Secretary at (610) 933-5843.

Please take further notice that copies of the proposed Land Use Assumptions Report shall be available for public inspection in the Township office and on the Township website and may be examined without charge or obtained for a charge no greater than the cost thereof from the Township Manager, Laurie Getz, at the municipal building.

The public is invited to attend and to offer comments.
